Materialize

MaterializeMaterialize was retired from training with Henry Cecil at the end of 2006.  She was placed 3 times from 7 runs, including a 3rd to Mont Etoile in a maiden race, who went on to win the Ribblesdale Stake (Group 2) at Royal Ascot.  She is now a 4 year old.

Materialize is by Chester House, her dam is a full sister to MODERNIZE (USA) and is a half sister to ELMAAMUL (USA), REAMS OF VERSE (USA), MODESTA (IRE), HIGH WALDEN (USA) etc, and from the family of ZAIZAFON, ZAFONIC and ZAMINDAR.
Materialize has a filly foal by Librettist born on 5th February 2008.

Librettist is a Danzig half brother to Dubai Destination, from the family of Red Ransom. He won both his races as a 2 year old and did not make the course as a 3 year old but at 4 he was an outstanding miler winning the Prix Jacques Le Marois (Group 1) at Deauville beating Manduro, Peeress, Stormy River, Ad Valorem, Special Kaldoun, also winning the Prix du Moulin de Longchamp (Group 1) beating Stormy River, Manduro, Aussie Rules, Irridescence, Kentucky Dynamite, Quiet Royal and Indesatchel, he also won the Group 3 Prix Messidor at Maisons-Laffitte.  His Timeform rating was 124.  2007 is his first year to cover mares.

As a shareholder you will contribute to the cost of the stud covering fee of the stallion and the keep costs for the mare until she foals and then for the foal until its sale which will be the Tattersalls December Foal Sales, you will then receive a share of the profit of the foal in direct proportion to the percentage you decide to contribute.

There is 6 equal shares in the foal and once the foal is sold at the Tattersalls Foal Sales   the profit will be divided back out into 6 equal shares to the shareholders.

Please note that your share does not include any ownership or rights in the mare herself but only in the progeny that she is carrying and ultimately the foal.  The syndicate will start from the 15th February (the start of the Northern Hemisphere breeding season) and will continue until the foal is sold (Tattersalls December Sales).

Bowled Out

Bowled OutBowled Out was retired from training with Charlie McBride at the end of 2006.  She won 2 races and was placed 12 times, she won £17,548 in prize money.  She is now a 5 year old.

Bowled Out is by Dansili who was the leading British Sire in Europe in 2006 in order of prize money, he had 16 black type performers in 2006.  He now stands at a stud fee of £30,000.  Dansili won the Prix de Muguet (Group 3) at Saint Cloud, the Prix Edmond Blanc (Group 3) at Saint Cloud, the Prix Messidor (Group 3) at Deauville and 2 other races.  He was also 2nd in the Poule d’Essai des Poulains (Group 1), the Sussex Stakes (Group 1) to Giants Causeway, Prix de la Foret (Group 1) and the Queen Anne Stakes (Group 2).  He was also 3rd in the Breeders Cup Mile (Group 1) to War Chant and the Prix Jacques le Marois (Group 1) to Dubai Millenium and the Prix du Moulin de Longchamp (Group 1).  He was trained in France by Andre Fabre and is an own brother to Banks Hill, Intercontinental and Cacique.

Her dam Braissim was unraced.  She has had 3 winners from 3 runners, including Lord Cavern who won 12 races and was placed 29 times and won £54,151 in prize money, Bowled Out and Bright Sparky who (to date) has won 2 races over hurdles and been placed 4 times and placed once on the flat at 2 years of age and has won £6,959 in prize money. She is from the family of White Heat - winner of 8 races of which 4 were Group races and placed in 2 others and earning £560,601 in prize money, she is also closely related to both Kind Regards – winner of 5 races including a Listed race and £83,670 in prize money and Fair Flight – winner of 5 races and placed 3 times including in a Listed race and £79,714.

Bowled Out  has a filly foal by Tobougg who was born on 20th February 2008.

Tobougg was the Champion 2 year old in Britain.  He has had his first runners in 2006 and has had 110 runners of which 26 are winners of 43 races, of those 2 are Stakes winners and 3 are Stakes placed.  His sales record is 67 yearlings sold which average £21,000 and a top price of £89,000.  On the racetrack Tobougg won the Dewhurst Stakes (Group 1) at Newmarket beating Nouverre and Mozart, the Prix de la Salamandre at Longchamp beating Honours List and Bad As I Wanna Be.  He was 2nd in the Champion Stakes (Group 1) at Newmarket to Nayef, the Hong Kong Cup (Group 1) at Sha Tin to Agnes Digital and 3rd in The Derby (Group 1) at Epsom to Galileo and Golan. His Timeform rating was 125.
